Dallyon is a martial art based on discipline, respect, and the development of character, as well as reaping the benefits of great physical fitness and self-protection. Dallyon offers classes for experienced martial artists to beginners of all ages. Our mind-body training goes far beyond the benefits of standard health club type exercise programs. Dallyon emphasizes physical and mental fitness and underscores a stringent program of technical achievement. A great deal of attention is placed on sparring and the practical applications. Students are taught International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) patterns with concentration on technique together with an understanding of the pattern. We believe the highest of standards must be returned to the art and way of life. |
